Her rotations included musculoskeletal paediatric, orthopaedic trauma, women’s health and hydrotherapy. She particularly enjoys helping her patients with their rehabilitation before and after orthopaedic surgery to maximise their outcomes.
Hannah is passionate about physiotherapy exercise classes including the use of clinical pilates. She feels it is essential to the development of core strength, injury rehabilitation and prevention. She has had excellent results working with elite athletes, pre and post- natal women and those suffering from lower back pain. Hannah tailors her practice to each patient individually and incorporates appropriate gym -based resistance training into her classes. She currently runs several clinical exercise classes each week at The Melbourne Sports Medicine Centre. Exercises based on Pilates principles are incorporated into her classes.
Hannah has a special interest in orthopaedic rehabilitation research and completing quality projects. She has worked alongside orthopaedic surgeons to develop physiotherapy rehabilitation protocols.
